Please note that in order for a Forteza product to qualify for warranty coverage, the product must not show:

Any marks of improper use

Impacts

Damage resulting from mishandling

If the product presents any of the situations mentioned above, it may not be eligible for warranty replacement.

To request a replacement, please visit the point of purchase where the product was originally sold. The product will be inspected to verify that it complies with the warranty conditions and follows the established warranty protocol. If everything meets the warranty requirements, the product may then be exchanged for a new one.
